Welcome at young austria's summercamps!
Summercamps 2011 are over but we are already looking forward to our camps in summer 2012! We had a lot of impressive and unforgettable moments at our camps. You can already inform yourself about the camps in summer 2012. To make sure to be one of the first who receives the new brochure for summer 2012 just send us an email and at the beginning of 2012 we will send it to you.
We have tried to configure these information as extensive as possible – if you still have further questions, of course we are at your disposal by telephone: +43/(662)/625758-30
1. Completely fill in the booking form (in our brochure or on our website). Please note our conditions and general travel conditions.
2. Book the camp via our website or send us the filled in booking form by post or by fax
+43 / (0) 662 / 625758-2.
3. Following your registration, you will receive from us a booking confirmation document, the deadlines for your deposit and final payment and all the first important travel documents. In case you would like to pay with creditcard you can do so on our website or you add a copy of the card and an ID to your registration form - we do the transaction for you.
Attention: Your booking is valid, after the payment of the deposit (10% of the travelprice) is made.
4. Two weeks before the beginning of the camp and after receiving your final payment, you will get the final travel documents containing information for parents, travel schedule, a list with additional offers, luggage tags, and lastly, final information about the camp. Please make sure that you have filled in the emergency card on our homepage www.camps.at/en
5. Please remember that your child brings the signed list with additional offers and the money for the chosen additional offer!
