The camp for different worlds – young participants from all over the world turn our German-Language-Camp into a meeting point for different cultures, languages and opinions!
Living instead of learning the language – this is our motto for the German camp. In an international atmosphere, language workshops and an attractive sport and free-time program, are offered you, understandably everything in German! Three workshops and different project groups with qualified teachers to the extent of 36 hours of lesson time (50 minutes per lesson), help you to immerse yourself in a relaxed lively way in the new foreign language, or to deepen your already existing knowledge!
"That thing!" -- Vocabulary Training
"That thing" stands for quite a lot! Here it is replaced through a new word and expands so on playful way your vocabulary! Through practical exercises like creating and cooking a dish by following a recipe, finding your way around by using directions or simply learning something about your room mates, words are absorbed better through the daily life in the camp and not stowed away in soon forgotten vocabulary exercise books!
Do it right! - Grammar
Grammar does not always have to be dry! With song texts, Jepredy or new tips and mnemonics, the jungle of German grammar can be made a little clearer, and even exciting and fun!
Lederhosen & Co." - Getting to know the country and culture
"Sound of Music", Mozart, Lederhosen (i.e. leather pants), mountains, etc., these are only a few things that come to mind first when thinking about Austria. How will you spend your time here, what are the differences to home, what is exactly the same and what are the clichés that are held in other countries? Exposing these clichés should lead to think over prejudices and question yourself instead of taking answers for granted.
The freetime is filled with a program of colorful highlights, which you can see for yourself: mountain biking, swimming, plays, camp dances (one time formal with instruction, one time a disco), outdoor campfire with a magical atmosphere, an excursion to Salzburg, an evening of cooking with hopefully delicious samples to taste - there's something for everyone!
