New Campers join YA!

Today the new campers arrived. While they unpacked their suitcases, the children who were already at camp walked into the town of Radstadt to complete challenges such as a scavenger hunt and taking photos of local landmarks. Meanwhile, the new arrivals made bracelets, played card games and football in the sun. After a dinner, the whole camp got together to meet the councillors and new faces.

The evenings activities started with learning the camp dance and then splitting up into groups to play ‘get to know you games’. Finally, the campers spent some time with their room councillors making room posters and settling in for the first night of a new week. Tomorrow the English lessons begin and we’ll have the activity of raft building in the afternoon.
