Castle Adventure

Today we had a very exciting visit to a castle, and got to see a birds-of-prey show. We spent the first half of the day at Hohenwerfen Castle, and brought lunch packets to eat in the afternoon. The tour itself was very informative and interactive, especially when the children got to ring the old tower bell. The Knight Shop was also loved by all of the children. In the evening, a Bazaar went underway, and the children got a chance to open their own businesses or provide their own services. Our counsellors brought these businesses to life with YA! Coins. There was tattooing, hairdressing, massaging and even arts, crafts and drawings on offer.  Without a doubt, the children and counsellors had a lot of fun, and really enjoyed today's day trip and the various activities.
