Cancellation / Withdrawal of Insurance

You may cancel (withdraw from) your booked insurance free of charge within the 14-day withdrawal period.

To do so, please use our electronic withdrawal function by sending us an email via the link below.

Please include the following information in your message:

• Your booking number (BN)
• The name of the insured person

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation. If the applicable legal requirements are met, your insurance will be cancelled free of charge.

Withdraw from your insurance policy!

You are welcome to add the insurance after you have completed your booking. To do so, simply send an e-mail to office@camps.at.
